Job Description:

The Assistance HR Manager is directly responsible for coordinating the activities of Compensation and Benefit, Performance appraisal system, and employee Relation and legal sections.

The detail Responsibilities are;

Compensation and Benefit Related Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and manage salary classification and compensation programs when approved by the HR director
  • Develop job descriptions for various positions and determine appropriate base pay in consultation with departments
  • Analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments
  • Forecast budget for salary increases and Advise on salary increase requests 
  • Advises managers and employees’ benefits and compensation policies, personnel procedures and classification programs
  • Identify, promote, and encourage career paths that cross job series and department lines
  • Research and recommend equitable, consistent, and competitive salaries, bonuses and allowances
  • Measure and monitor classification and compensation process completion and quality to ensure efficient production and responsive delivery of services. 
  • Follow up the activities of the personnel team to make assure that every HR related documents and Data are complete and well organized.
  • Manage and follow up the payroll process to be prepared within the required time.          

   Performance appraisal Related Responsibilities

  • Administer/manage and support the implementation of performance appraisal system within different departments and Bus.
  • Facilitate fair and reasonable performance evaluation criteria based on the company policy.
  • Evaluate and asses the performance evaluation criteria’s of different departments and BUs in line with the company goals and targets.

Employment Relation Responsibilities

  • Follow the pension status of each employee with the concerned government authority and update the pension and salary related information of the employees with the government office.Handling employee grievances and other compliance related issues
  • Managing issues such as long-term absence and repetitive tardiness. 
  • Advising the HR team in dealing with employee relations issues and maintaining good relations

Job Requirements:

  • BA degree or above in Human Resource Management or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in both HR functional areas, from which 2 years as a supervisory level.
  • Ability to use personal computer for word processing, data entry, and automated time systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy regarding time and organizational management.
  • Requires the ability to handle stress in a fast paced working environment.
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Strong communication skills / logical thinking / independent learning and inductive summary ability / environmental adaptability and resilience / human affinity and good service awareness.
  • Basic Accounting skill
