Qualifications:  Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience
The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:
  • Educational level required:   MA/MSc Degree in Project Management, Economics, Statistics or related field
  • Technical Training qualifications required:  Proficiency with MS Office Suite, and statistical packages such as SPSS
  • Experience: 8 years of experience of which 5 years as DME
    • Experience in measuring the contribution of programs to the strategic goals and CWB, indicator development, qualitative and quantitative M&E data collection and analysis methods
    • Ability in organizing and facilitating workshops and capacity building events, as well as supporting colleagues in these
    • Ability to work effectively and smoothly across teams,
    • Continuous learning attitude with an eagerness to stay informed of changing approaches and technologies,
       
       Additional Requirements:  
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in leading partnership wide strategic initiatives, such as LEAP 3,  DPA, CWB Report, PCPR/GNOD, LQAS, and others 
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in strategy monitoring, organizing and leading surveys, data analysis, and writing skills,
  • Experience and skills using programs database (such as SPSS, access and excel) for data entry, analysis, and reporting
  • Super user of MS Office products, particularly Access, Excel and Word
  • Commitment to the mission and core values of the organization
  • Must be a committed Christian, able to stand above denominational and doctrinal diversities.
  • Attend and participate/lead in daily devotions and weekly Chapel services.
  • Perform other duties as required.
